Honoring the Fallen and Injured Officers

In the wake of the heartbreaking events that claimed the lives of three York County law enforcement officers and left two others critically injured, our entire community is grieving. Detective Sgt. Cody Becker, Detective Mark Baker, and Detective Isaiah Emenheiser made the ultimate sacrifice. Their legacies will live on forever. We extend our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and colleagues of these three incredibly loved souls. Their courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting York County will never be forgotten.

As we mourn, we also stand with the officers who are recovering and the first responders who bravely answered the call during this unimaginable tragedy. We are thankful for the nurses, doctors, surgeons, and EMTs who often have their bravery go unrecognized in unprecedented times like this. Their strength reminds us of the selflessness and resilience that define our first responder and medical communities.
