Submit Your Event

Looking to give your next event some more exposure? Promote it through our online calendar! Start by filling out the information below. Your event will go through an approval process before appearing publicly. It will generally be approved within a week of submission under normal circumstances. Please submit details at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. 

The Explore York calendar of events is designed to attract visitors who are seeking things to do during their getaway to the York County area or day-trippers searching to explore our attractions while they are visiting. Locals entertaining visiting friends and relatives also use this calendar.

EVENT CRITERIA: The listing should be an event happening at a member's location in the York County area. Examples of acceptable events include: performing arts, live entertainment, art exhibits, festivals, wine and beer tastings, sporting events, downtown events, or family and recreational activities. Church services and events, political fundraisers and business gatherings are not posted on the Events Calendar. All events must be open to the general public, not just to organization members.

Explore York reserves the right to exclude events from our calendar that promote religious practices, endorse political candidates or viewpoints, or contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. By submitting an event, you acknowledge that Explore York has sole discretion to determine event eligibility and inclusion.
