John C. Rudy County Park
John C. Rudy County Park, situated in East Manchester Township near Emigsville, spans 150 acres and offers a variety of recreational amenities. Visitors can enjoy pavilions, sports fields, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, open green spaces, a cross-country running trail, a BMX track, and the popular Canine Meadows Off-Leash Dog Area.
The park also houses the Parks Administrative Offices, located in a historic stone house built in 1798, along with maintenance facilities and several other structures. This land was generously donated in 1973 by George B. Rudy and Viola Rudy Williams in honor of their grandparents, John and Mary Rudy.
