This 12-room stone structure, erected between 1794 and 1819, now serves as an Interpretive & Educational Center, offering an immersive glimpse into 18th and 19th-century tavern life. Alongside reconstructions like a summer kitchen and wheelwright shop, ongoing projects include the reconstruction of a late 1700s log barn, enriching the visitor experience.

NYCHAPS celebrates the region's heritage with the forthcoming Eichelberger Distillery at Dills Tavern, a faithful reproduction of an 18th-century distillery.
