Business Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support our grant program and day-to-day office operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate administration of the grant process, including managing databases, coordinating online submissions, generating contracts, tracking payments, preparing reports, and supporting grant committees and applicants throughout the process.

In addition, this position provides essential administrative support by preparing board and meeting materials, assisting with onboarding, handling incoming communications, processing mail, maintaining office organization and supplies, and supporting leadership with key operational tasks such as payroll and accounts payable backup. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to team success and support Explore York’s mission. This full-time, in-office role (Monday–Thursday) may occasionally require evenings, weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
