Christmas Magic in York, PA
Each year, York County Parks celebrates the holiday season with Christmas Magic—A Festival of Lights at Rocky Ridge Park. Enjoy Christmas magic in York, PA, with more than one million sparkling Christmas lights and holiday scenes as you venture down the half-mile ADA walking trail surrounded by picturesque woods! Wander along a candy cane-lined walkway and through trees adorned with multi-colored LED lights while trying to spot all the characters hiding among nature. Warm up with cookies and hot chocolate while taking advantage of the various photo opportunities as well! It's a truly magical experience for all visitors, kids and adults alike!

When is Christmas Magic?
Christmas Magic runs from the day after Thanksgiving to December 30 (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Tickets go on sale starting November 13, 2025!

Admission Information
Admission to Christmas Magic is by online reservation only. Reservations are required; no walk-ins will be permitted. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the York County Parks closes the event due to weather and/or outages.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Lights and displays can be temperamental in the presence of snow, rain, ice, and fog. They may require more than a day to dry out after wet weather. Check your email after 2 p.m. on the day of your tickets for any cancellation messages. If the annual event is canceled due to weather, you will receive a credit to your York County Parks account on the following business day.
