Be a Part of the Independence Day Celebration
As we prepare to celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we’re inviting our valued partners to step into the spotlight and participate (for FREE) as a vendor at the Independence Day Celebration! We ask that you take this chance to showcase your business with a demonstration or interactive experience to highlight the most exciting parts of what you do.
Location: The York Expo Center
Date: America's 250th Birthday! July 4, 2026
Time: Vendor set up is from 7-8:30 a.m.; Event runs from 9 a.m. - Noon
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity, so don't miss out! Participation is limited to the first 30 businesses who sign up. Registration deadline is June 19, 2026 at 5 p.m. This event is rain or shine!
Important information: No alcohol sales are permitted, but samples are allowed with the proper permit. If you need electricity at your booth, please plan to bring a generator. Each vendor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance to the York Expo Center, naming the York County Agricultural Society as additional insured. There are no permit fees for food vendors.
