Be a Part of the America 250 Cultural Fair
We're celebrating America’s 250th birthday all year long, and we’re inviting our valued partners to step into the spotlight and participate (for FREE) as a vendor at the History Made Here Cultural Fair! We ask that you take this chance to showcase your business with a demonstration or interactive experience to highlight the most exciting parts of what you do.
Location: Along Pershing Street in front of the York County History Center
Date: October 2, 2026
Time: Vendor set up is from 2:30-3:30 p.m.; Event runs from 4-6:30 p.m.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity, so don't miss out! Participation is limited to the first 30 businesses who sign up. Registration deadline is September 18, 2026 at 5 p.m. This event is rain or shine!
Important information: If you need electricity at your booth, please plan to bring a generator. Each vendor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance. There are no permit fees for food vendors. Booth area is 12' x 12', so you may supply your own 10' tent. Alcohol is not permitted.
Please note that by filling out this form, you are committing to participation as a vendor at the History Made Here Cultural Fair. Explore York reserves the right to accept or decline vendors based on event needs, appropriateness, space availability, and alignment with the goals of the event.
