Susquehanna Ale Trail

Bold hops. Rich flavor. Great beer. That's the philosophy behind the breweries, brewpubs and homebrew partners of the Susquehanna Ale Trail.

The Susquehanna Ale Trail was created by the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2012 as a way for beer enthusiasts to explore the many breweries and brewpubs in the York region, all committed to the art of making great, local beer.

These are the places where you'll often meet the brewmaster during a visit. You don't just enjoy a pint; you learn how that frosty mug of great-tasting beer came to be. And what's more - you can even learn to follow in the footsteps of these brewing masters and create your own. View our line-up of participating breweries.

The Susquehanna Ale Trail is a self-guided year-round beer tasting adventure, designed for you to explore at your own pace. Discover all the locally brewed craft beers with friends and family and get a glimpse into our unique craft brewery culture.

More information on the Susquehanna Ale Trail, including your passport, can be found in our Good Libations Trails Map & Guide. Have your passport stamped at each location you visit and once your passport is completed with six stamps send it in to the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau to collect your prize! Expect to receive your gift in the mail in approximately 2-3 weeks. If you want to keep your passport you can always take a picture of the completed passport and email it to marketing@yorkpa.org.

Completed passports can be mailed to:
York County Convention & Visitors Bureau
60 East North Street
York, PA 17401
