Dig Into Restaurant Week York
Ready to eat your way through York City? Restaurant Week York (#rwyork) is a 10-day party for your taste buds—and one of the biggest culinary celebrations in the city.
Held in late February and running into early March, the annual celebration brings local restaurants together with special menus, chef collaborations and events that showcase York’s vibrant food scene. It’s the perfect excuse to finally visit the restaurant you’ve been meaning to try, discover a hidden gem or return to a neighborhood favorite.
From creative chefs and fresh, innovative cuisine to longtime local staples, Restaurant Week York puts the spotlight on the people and places that make York worth exploring one bite at a time. No ticket is required unless otherwise noted for special events, and participating restaurants offer featured specials available to anyone taking part.

Restaurant Week is also a chance to support the restaurants, chefs and teams who make York’s dining scene special year-round. Whether you make a whole week of it or choose one new spot to explore, every meal is an opportunity to experience more of what York has to offer.
And the fun doesn’t stop in March. Throughout the year, Restaurant Week York keeps the culinary celebration going with themed weeks that give local eateries a chance to get creative. Burger Week heats things up in April, Drink Week arrives in July, and Comfort/Harvest Week brings cozy flavors to the table in September.
Reservations are highly recommended for dine-in restaurants, as popular spots can fill quickly. Some special events may require advance registration or tickets, so check the details before you go.
Come hungry, try something new and celebrate York’s food scene all year long.
