Third Fridays with Jake Matthew Rivers in The King George Speakeasy

Overview

Jake Matthew Rivers brings something truly special to The King George every Third Friday. A performing cellist and singer-songwriter, Jake crafts immersive, multi-layered performances using cello, voice, and a loop station to fuse rock, blues, and classical influences into a sound that’s entirely his own.

Drawing inspiration from romantic and impressionist-era music, his performances are soulful, cinematic, and mesmerizing—transforming the speakeasy into an experience you feel as much as you hear.

As one of The King George’s regular monthly performers, Jake has become a favorite among guests and staff alike. His artistry, technical mastery, and emotional depth create a connection that lingers long after the final note.

Join us every Third Friday for an evening of handcrafted cocktails, intimate vibes, and extraordinary live music from Jake Matthew Rivers—an artist redefining what a speakeasy performance can be.
