Overview
Inspired by the internationally-renowned Umbrella Sky Project, Pink Power once again activated Cherry Lane in York City with over 100 pink parasols in the Cherry Lane alley between the Appell Center and Central Market for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This installation of pink umbrellas is beautiful way to inspire people to learn more about Pink Power and local breast health resources at www.pinkpowerpa.org. All are welcome to join us for a free community Party Under the Pink Power Parasols on Cherry Lane to honor the conclusion of breast cancer awareness month on October 26 from 5:00:7:00 pm. Enjoy the music and pay-as-you-go for food and drink. Attendees will enjoy a specialty pink cocktail and live music. Local artists will be displaying and selling their work.
