PA's Visitor Contact Station for the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail. Get your NPS Passport stamped and learn about the Susquehannock Indians and river history. Tour our c.1750 Dritt Mansion, hike to Native Lands County Park & the Mason-Dixon Trail, launch your kayak or canoe, and view our River Art Collection.

Seasonally, SNHA offers River Discovery Boat Tours on the historic, all-electric Chief Uncas! This 55-foot-long wooden boat will show you the river from a brand-new perspective. It is a powerful and informative one-hour tour on the water. Trips happen, weather permitting, from June through October.
