Overview
Penn State Extension York County Master Gardeners provide research-based information to the home gardener on a variety of gardening, horticulture, and ecological stewardship topics. Programs include special events, workshops, a Garden Hotline, youth education, Speakers Bureau, and more. Master Gardeners develop their horticultural expertise through participation in educational training classes conducted by Penn State University faculty and Extension staff.
2026 is the 40th Anniversary of the York County Master Gardener Program!
York County Master Gardeners encourage the community to attend an upcoming event or class, or reach out to the Extension Office with your questions - we are happy to help, and look forward to connecting with you!
