HISTORIC ARCHITECTURAL GUIDED TOURS
There’s something truly exciting about guiding people through the timeless streets and storied facades of a place like downtown York. As an architect, Blake Gifford leads these walking tours not simply to share facts and figures, but to invite participants into the rich tapestry of our past—where every building has a story to tell.
The guided tours highlight two different routes through downtown York - the West Market Street corridor (between Pershing Street and Continental Square), and the Royal Square Arts District. The timeline of the tour material jumps between multiple different historical eras in discussing these beautiful remnants of York's past.
Every week, either on Friday evening at 5:00 PM, or Saturday morning at 11:00 AM.
Groups of any kind or size accepted.
