Overview

We are an intact historic 19th century brewery complex featuring upscale dining in our Catacomb’s restaurant and casual dining in our bottling works and Biergarten restaurants.

Bube's was a very active brewery from the mid 1800s until the early 20th century. After being dormant for 84 years, the brewery license was activated again in 2001 and Bube's once again brews fine ales and lagers. The complex today includes the original lagering cellars (the Catacombs) and most of the original structures and equipment -- a brewing history must see.

Experience live events, enjoy our murder mysteries and feasts, join in exciting special events, and explore our history. The Microbrewery is located within the original brewery’s icehouse. Bube’s handcrafted beers on draft change frequently.
