    The park hosts many trail race events throughout the year. Pinchot Lake offers world-class conditions for rowing competitions. The park features two popular disc golf courses: "Boulder Woods" in the Conewago Day Use Area and is geared to novices and beginners offering a great opportunity for families and "Quaker's Challenge" in the Quaker Race Day Use Area offers challenging holes for seasoned players in a beautiful setting. During the winter, the park is a  destination for cross-country skiing as weather permits.
