In this virtual class with Caputo Brothers Creamery owner Rynn Caputo you will learn how very different these two products are and how whey-based ricotta is made.
You’ll also learn the history of cannoli and create your own!
We’ll send you a basket of our fresh ricotta along with four mini cannoli shells to make your cannoli during the class. This is a fun & easy activity to do along with kids (think about making a ‘toppings bar’ for a fun cannoli party!) or impress your friends with fresh cannoli!
