Come design and create a long leaf pendant in sterling silver. You’ll learn to texture with hammers and a rolling mill. You’ll also use a jewelers saw, solder and add decorative granulation to their piece.
All instructions will be demonstrated and tools and equipment provided. Pendant will be finished with sterling silver chain. Wire wrap gems and add one of a kind links to your chain.
$90 registration fee, with materials fee of $45 due to instructor at class.

Instructor Info: Nancy’s passion for gemstones , metals and natural materials came to life while studying Anthropology in college. From many trips to museums and hours spent studying ancient cultures, her interest in the creation of jewelry grew. She continued her education by taking metalsmithing courses in basic design and construction and tried her hand working for several fine jewelers—working everyday in design, repair, remounting , pearl stringing. Nancy has her own jewelry line, featured in our shop located in Downtown York, and teaches jewelry making workshops at several different locations.
Inclement Weather and Cancellation: In the chance of inclement weather or low enrollment, we may reschedule/cancel and notify you via email prior to the event. In the event you cannot make the rescheduled event or cancellation, you’ll be issued a credit towards a future Watchmaker’s Daughter workshop.
Accessibility and Parking: The studio space is only accessed by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. There are three great parking lots within walking distance—listed below, beginning with closest in proximity, and street parking is available.
