The 23rd annual Rail Trail 10-Miler is a foot race on the York County Heritage Rail Trail that starts in Seven Valleys and ends in York City just before Princess Street. This is one of the largest races of its kind in York County.

The 10-Miler begins at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church located at 7 Maple Street, Seven Valleys, PA. After a brief run through town, competitors merge onto the Rail Trail and then run ten gentle, downhill miles one-way north along the scenic trail. Runners pass through the oldest operational train tunnel in the nation and finish on the Rail Trail near Princess Street in downtown York. After the runners finish the course, post-race refreshments, entertainment and the medal ceremony take place at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum (directly across the street from the finish line).

Busing from the finish line to the start line is available for runners who register early. Seating is very limited.

Packet pickup will be available Thursday, August 26, and Friday, August 27, at The Arc of York County, 497 Hill Street, York, PA 17403, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Race day pickup will be available at the bus departure for bus riders and at the start line for non-bus riders.

Proceeds from the Rail Trail 10-Miler benefit the programs and services of The Arc of York County to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Registration is entirely online and may be accessed at:
