5 p.m.: Hors d’oeuvres on the lower and upper level of The Star Barn while meeting and viewing art collections with Liz and Glenn
6 p.m.: Dinner prepared by Food for Thought Catering
7:30 p.m.: Presentations

MENU
Butlered hors d’oeuvres
-Chilled shrimp cocktail with Old Bay cocktail sauce
-Mini lump crab cakes with remoulade and capers
-Philly cheese steak egg rolls with smoked gouda and provolone with a horseradish-paprika dip
-Chicken and aged cheddar egg rolls with chipotle BBQ dip
-Goat cheese, lavender, honey, and fresh berries in phyllo
-Hickory-smoked bacon wrapped chorizo with a maple drizzle
-Dried apricot and bleu cheese canapes with candied pecans and rosemary
Buffet Dinner Entrées and Accompaniments
-Roasted salmon with a white wine beurre blanc
-Baked herb encrusted chicken served with a natural pan gravy
-Roasted pork tenderloin with caramelized onions and garlic with a golden fruit chutney
-Scalloped potatoes (layers of potatoes with gruyere, fontina, gouda, garlic, thyme, and fresh cream)
-Vegan orzo with sundried tomatoes, mint, basil, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil with Greek feta on the side
-Spring green vegetable mélange with blanched broccoli, sautéed green beans, zucchini, sautéed shallots, cracked pepper and black Hawaiian sea salt
-Seasoned rice-filled grape leaves with lemon zest served with a cucumber-yogurt tzatziki
-Field greens and arugula with shaved radish and pistachios with a Dijon-red wine vinaigrette
-Classic pea salad with baby peas, smoked bacon, red onion, and cheddar with a sweet and creamy dressing
Dessert
-Berry Bordeaux (a rich shortbread cookie layered with orange infused whipped cream and berries)
-Gooey fudge brownie pudding with vanilla ice cream
