Overview

From October 10 through October 18, virtual festival-goers will be able to access and participate in an entire week’s worth of fun, informative and downright delicious activities, including:

  • Virtual tours of the oyster's life, including habitat, harvesting and history
  • Livestream presentation and conversation with an “oyster historian”
  • A road rally designed to share and explore our excellent York County history!
  • And to encourage support of our larger community, we will be promoting local restaurants serving oyster-inspired menu items.

Proceeds from Oyster Festival are essential to our continuing efforts to gather, preserve and share the incredible stories of York County. Please consider making a donation in support of our virtual event.
