See more than 3,000 street rods, muscle cars, custom cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles from all over the eastern United States and farther; all manufactured vehicles have to be 30 years and older. In addition to lots of chrome, beautiful paint and luxurious interiors, these cars have modern chassis features added such as state-of-the-art suspensions and four-wheel disc brakes, along with comfort features like air conditioning, cruise control, tilt steering, exotic stereos, and much, much more. It’s an action-packed weekend with a truly unique blend of rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks and specialty vehicles offering something for everyone. Plus, every vehicle entering the event will be eligible for any and all awards and giveaways presented during the weekend.
A variety of vehicles in attendance range in value from $8,000 to $250,000 each with an average of $45,000 per vehicle. Cars and trucks in attendance here have a worth of more than $840 million dollars.
The 2022 Street Rod Nationals East is proud to once again host a special Pinstripe Jamboree & Charity Auction, where pin striping, air brushing, and hand lettering artists from all around the United States will combine forces to raise the largest amount of money possible for Make-A-Wish. A piece of hand-created art can be yours, with all proceeds going to help grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The annual parade through downtown will take place Friday, June 3. Cars will leave the York Expo Center at 12 noon and drive through York along Market Street.
This year NSRA will offer the NSRA Autocross course again and will be open to all registered participants both Friday and Saturday, plus offering free rides!
New for this year, a special display of custom vehicles built by some of the top builders in the United States will be on display in Memorial Hall all weekend. This Builders Showcase will be limited to 25 vehicles. This new display of vehicles is being sponsored by Classic Auto Mall of Morgantown, PA.
Also, new this year will be the 2022 NSRA “Miss Memory Layne” Pinup Girl contest on Saturday in Memorial Hall. To register, email email@example.com or call Kristina at 302-278-0505.
Plan on coming in a day early on Wednesday and take part in the local Garage Tour, covering some of the best local shops. The tour will leave the host hotel on Wednesday at 10 a.m. after a short drivers meeting; the tour guides will be Howard Kelly and Randy Davis. NEW KICK-OFF DINNER FOR REGISTERED VENDORS & PARTICIPANTS ONLY! This year for the first time, Explore York will sponsor a free Friday night spaghetti dinner open to the vendors and the participants. The dinner will be served on the Fairgrounds 5-7 p.m.

CIRCLE OF WINNERS:
On Sunday, June 5, a “Circle of Winners” will be featured on the grounds, with the award-winning street rods of the 48th Annual Street Rod Nationals East on display. The awards ceremony will be at the outdoor grandstand. Awards start at 1 p.m.
More than 100 manufacturers and dealers of specialty automotive equipment will be displaying and selling parts, accessories, and supplies in the spacious exhibit buildings along with a huge outdoor midway area during the three days of the event. Auto Seminars will also be held on Friday and Saturday in the exhibitors building.
- A special “Women’s World” section will feature arts and crafts from the area’s finest artisans all in Memorial Hall.
- A “Vintage Swap Meet” featuring used and old original automotive parts for sale will take place all three days.
- A Sunday worship service will start at 10 a.m.
- Entertainment each day will be provided by Nick Donovan’s “Rockin Road Show.”
- Lots of family fun and much, much more, each and every day.
