MUSHROOMS MEDITERRANEAN STYLE
Of the many reasons why you should incorporate mushrooms into your Mediterranean cooking, taste is always number one. This is a whole food plant based class which may include optional dairy. Class is demonstration style where participants will observe and taste the evening’s dishes. As always you’ll walk away with tips, tricks and tidbits bringing extra value to the experience.
Tickets are available online and must be purchased in advance. Class sizes are limited. Locally Seasoned partners with Leg Up Farmers Market to offer monthly Mediterranean style whole food plant based cooking classes.
