MEDITERRANEAN STYLE BREAKFASTS
Is it possible to rethink breakfast? Let's uncover some surprising new ideas for a vegetable packed start to you day. Including one of Liza's favorite quick cooking, cost effective breakfasts she's enjoyed since she was young. This is a whole food plant based class which may include optional dairy. Class is demonstration style where participants will observe and taste the evening’s dishes. As always you’ll walk away with tips, tricks and tidbits bringing extra value to the experience.
Tickets are available online and must be purchased in advance. Class sizes are limited. Locally Seasoned partners with Leg Up Farmers Market to offer monthly Mediterranean style whole food plant based cooking classes.
