Keto Series, consisting of three classes! 

January 16, 2020 – allprices vpri-KETO and PALEO-friendly

Soups and Salads, $56 per person

Create and learn many uses for simple crispy crackers and bacon. Make two luscious soups. Make your own sugar-free low carb dressings for beautiful winter greens salads. Celebrate your accomplishments with lime pots de crème.

This is a hands-on menu-based class where students assist in preparing the meal. All recipes and nutritional information for items prepared in the class and provided for sampling during the class are included. The class ends with a sit-down meal. Bring your own beverage of choice. Infused water will be provided.

January 23, 2020 – all-KETO and PALEO-friendly

Pressure Cooker Braised Short Ribs, $59 per person

This class is all about comfort food. We’re making luscious braised short ribs to serve with cauliflower rice and chocolaty flourless brownies. You’ll up your keto-kitchen swagger with these easy crowd-pleasers.

This is a hands-on menu-based class where students assist in preparing the meal. All recipes and nutritional information for items prepared in the class and provided for sampling during the class are included. The class ends with a sit-down meal. Bring your own beverage of choice. Infused water will be provided.

January 30 – Make and Take / Meal Prep / all-KETO and PALEO-friendly

Lasagna and Tacos, $79 per person

In this class you’ll learn the skills necessary to create simple pasta and tortilla substitutes. You’ll sample some of the many uses for your new skills and prep your own keto-lasagna and tacos for home.

This is a hands-on meal-prep class where students participate in creating dishes designed to be cooked or heated later. All students will go home with enough for a minimum of six servings of each dish. Students should come prepared with insulated grocery bags or a cooler to transport their prepared meals. Samples of your finished dishes will be provided to keep students well nourished during the class. All recipes and nutritional information are included. Bring your own beverage of choice. Infused water will be provided.
