In the southwestern corner of York County, this small town with a big personality is a bustling industry and innovation hub!  Hanover played a pivotal role in the Civil War, so make sure to look out for informational markers as you wander around this beautiful town. Sunrise Soap Company

It is with much love and excellent ingredients that the folks at Sunrise Soap Company are able to produce the best body care products possible. Over the last decade, Sunrise Soap has developed a cult-like following thanks to their lovingly made products. Tour their open kitchen and make some creations to take home with you in the creation station.

The Curious Little Playhouse

If you have little ones visiting, The Curious Little Playhouse is a magical place to let their imagination loose. This indoor playground is filled with toys that encourage kids and their adults to pretend and play.

Central Market House

This historic public market has been an anchor of Downtown York for more than 125 years and features more than 50 vendors selling everything from fresh meat, produce, and baked goods to crafts, flowers, and clothes. Lunch visitors can enjoy everything from fried chicken to Korean barbecue.

Agricultural & Industrial Museum

Learn about York County's vast contributions to the progress of agriculture and industry. Housed in a former factory complex, the museum features two floors with over 20 exhibits highlighting 300 years of transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, and industry development. Many of the displays feature hands-on experiences for visitors of all ages.

Why eat at one restaurant when you can eat at four?! Start the night off right with a glass of wine and some shareable plates at The Handsome Cab. Head next door to Tutoni's for fresh pasta and local produce. If fresh fish is at the top of your must-eat list, check out Rockfish Public House for wild-caught and sustainably harvested and farmed seafood.
