Explore York awarded Accent East 2025, Showcasing Sales Team's Successful Efforts
York, Pennsylvania, is set to host the annual Accent East 2025 Conference, scheduled to take place November 16-18, 2025, at the Wyndham Garden York Hotel. The Accent Travel Network is a community of travel professionals who value & seek mutually successful business partnerships and is owned and operated by MARS and Companies.
This conference will bring approximately 120 out-of-county participants between tour operators and suppliers providing $150,000 of direct economic impact and more than $250,000 of total benefits to the local York economy.
Travel industry professionals like attending Accent Travel Network conferences because of the innovation behind the event including an itinerary planning session, the small and intimate setting with a two-to-one ratio between suppliers and operators, and numerous networking functions throughout the conference. The Accent Travel Network conducts two conferences annually – Accent East and Accent West.
“Securing this piece of business is a testament to the proactive efforts of the Explore York sales team,” said Explore York's President, Laura Wagner. "I am proud of their dedication. This is a great opportunity for us to showcase York’s unique charm and Makers Spirit to the Accent East network.”
Tour operators will arrive early for a pre-conference familiarization (FAM) tour. They will visit local York County attractions providing Explore York the opportunity to showcase our destination to tour operators—the decision makers. Pre-FAM dates are November 14-16, 2025.
