YORK, PA-Leveraging significant experience in hosting swimming events, the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau will welcome for the first time the Middle Atlantic Swimming Junior Olympics March 3-6.
The Junior Olympics competition will be held at the YMCA Graham Aquatic Center and Central York High School, which will welcome an anticipated 800 total participants ranging in ages from 9 to 14 and generating a total economic benefit for York County of more than $900,000. This event caps the YMCA's 160 years of service to the York County community.
The York County Convention & Visitors Bureau's Sport York initiative is designed to recruit events and generate additional economic impact in York County.
