YORK, PA – Sport York is excited to welcome the Tyrant Duals Wrestling Tournament back to York County after the event was relocated in 2021 due to COVID-19. Thirty-one teams from ten states will converge upon the York Expo Arena January 8-9 for the Tyrant Duals. 

Explore York anticipates up to 2000 participants and spectators will visit York for the competition, driving an estimated $566,000 back into the local economy. Elementary, middle, and high school teams will come from Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia to compete in York County.

Weigh-ins will occur Friday evening, with competition slated for Saturday and Sunday. Doors open at 8 a.m. both days, with action set to start at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend, and admission is $25 per day or $45 for an all-session pass.
