York is once again stepping into the national golf spotlight as Regents’ Glen Country Club prepares to host the 7th Annual American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Junior All-Star Series, bringing two elite youth tournaments to the region from July 6–10, 2025.

The AJGA Junior All-Star at York, held July 6–8, will welcome 72 players (ages 12–15) from 16 states across the U.S. and four other countries. This 54-hole, stroke-play competition provides an exciting stage for the sport’s next generation of stars.

Immediately following, the TaylorMade Preview at York presented by ICL Academy, running July 8–10, will host 78 junior players representing 18 states from across the U.S. and two other countries. This 36-hole, stroke-play event is part of the AJGA’s renowned Preview Series.

Many of today’s top PGA Tour players—including Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Spieth, and Rickie Fowler—got their start in AJGA events, making these tournaments an exciting opportunity to see future stars in action before they reach the professional level.

In 2024, the American Junior Golf Association recognized the TaylorMade Preview at York with its prestigious Preview of the Year Award. This national honor celebrates a Preview Series event that stood out for its exceptional execution, athlete experience, and community support — recognizing York County as a premier host destination for youth golf.

“Being recognized as Preview of the Year by the AJGA is a true testament to our community’s hospitality and Regents’ Glen’s outstanding course and staff,” said Laura Wagner, President of Explore York. “We’re thrilled to welcome players and families back to York and can’t wait to watch these young athletes compete at such a high level.”
