YORK, PA- Enjoy finding your new favorite beer this spring on the Susquehanna Ale Trail during the newly renamed Brewmaster Tasting Tour taking place April 10-12 and April 17-19 at a vastly expanded lineup of 14 brewery, brewpub and homebrew shop locations across Central Pennsylvania.

The new name better reflects the type of experience craft beer lovers can expect during this Susquehanna Ale Trail event. The Brewmaster Tasting Tour offers visitors the opportunity to have at least three beer tastings per location, enjoy light bites, tour the breweries and more.

Formerly known during its first three years as the Passport Event, the Brewmaster Tasting Tour continues as the premier way for novice and avid craft beer drinkers alike in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond to find out what they like best and keep up with a growing and dynamic brewing scene evident in the lower Susquehanna Valley and across America.

In 2015, "growing" is an understatement here on the Susquehanna Ale Trail. The Brewmaster Tasting Tour includes the chance to discover the newly opened Black Cap, Miscreation and Wacker brewing companies.

Also, Bailee's Homebrew & Wine Supply in York, PA, adds a new dynamic to this year's event. Visitors can not only sample great beer and see how diverse breweries are crafting great stouts and ales, but they can also see firsthand what goes into becoming a home brewer.

Rounding out the additions to this year's Ale Trail lineup is Wyndridge Farm, the new special events and expansive craft beverage destination in the rolling hills of southern York County, PA.

Tickets for this spring's Brewmaster Tasting Tour are just $15 and are good for both event weekends, which are especially needed this year to tour and complete Central Pennsylvania's Susquehanna Ale Trail.

The Ale Trail has added so many new locations to the tour and tasting experience that one recent visitor spending a weekend remarked at the lineup, "Wow, what a list! How are we supposed to choose?"

Locations to enjoy during the Brewmaster Tasting Tour include smaller brewpubs such as Mudhook Brewing Company in Downtown York and Warehouse Gourmet Bistro & Brew Pub in Downtown Hanover, and the expansive experience of brewing on display at Tröegs Brewing Company in Hershey.

The complete list of participating locations includes:

• Bailee's Homebrew & Wine Supply
• Black Cap Brewing Company
• Bube's Brewery
• Gunpowder Falls Brewing
• Lancaster Brewing Company
• Liquid Hero Brewery
• Miscreation Brewing Company
• Mudhook Brewing Company

Tickets for the two-weekend tour also provide guests a 10-percent discount on purchases at participating locations and a souvenir beer mug all for $15 each. Getaway packages are already available and make it easy to plan a total spring getaway crafted especially for beer lovers.
