YORK, PA - The 19th Annual Made in America Tours Event returns this June 14-17, with a special guest appearance from the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales at this year's celebration of the Factory Tour Capital of the World®.

Nearly 30 participating locations will offer exclusive, behind-the-scenes looks at the making of some of America's favorite products during the Made in America Tours Event, which is organized each year by the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

This year's event features four new stops: H&K Woodworking, Miller Plant Farm, Woolen Mill Fan Company and the Stewartstown Railroad Company.

"Made in America Tours showcase the manufacturing ingenuity that makes York County the Factory Tour Capital of the World®," said Louise Heine, Destination Marketing Director for the York County CVB. "An exciting lineup of tour locations takes guests onto expansive production floors and into visitor-friendly artisan shops for a first-hand look at the American craftsmanship that makes York County so special."

Visitors can explore all their factory tour favorites, such as Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Vehicle Operations; Snyder's of Hanover; George's Furniture, the York Time Institute and Sunrise Soap Company.

While guests will marvel at handcrafted products during Made in America, they'll also learn how Print-O-Stat's graphics division works on everything from T-shirt printing to vehicle wraps and see how Microtrac uses lasers to build instruments that can examine everything from bacteria to buckshot.

The fun extends beyond the production line, with museums, railroad attractions and educational experiences like the Teaching Museum for the Fiber Arts & Textiles opening their doors for Made in America.

Visitors can experience two working dairy farms, where petting calves and watching feeding time are favorite treats for all ages of visitors.

The fun begins with a special Made in America Kickoff, starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, at Brewery Products Co., 1017 N. Sherman St., York, Pa. Attendees can enter to win an Explore York gift basket, plus have the chance to meet some special guests - the Budweiser Clydesdales! The iconic horses will be stabled at Brewery Products from June 13 through June 18.

"The Budweiser Clydesdales are an American institution and certainly fitting guests for the Made in America Tours Event. We encourage everyone to visit these iconic horses while they're stabled at Brewery Products and then set off to explore the rest of the Made in America stops," Heine said.

In addition to the kickoff, Made in America visitors can also see the Budweiser Clydesdales on Thursday, June 15, and Friday, June 16. Visit Brewery Products' Facebook page for a full schedule of Clydesdale-related activities.

The official Made in America Brochure will be included in the June 11 edition of the York Daily Record/Sunday News. Copies will also be available at all participating locations.
