Hershey's Chocolate World: Get your first taste of Hershey at HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD Attraction. Your journey begins on our free HERSHEY'S GREAT AMERICAN CHOCOLATE TOUR ride, complete with a free HERSHEY'S sample - no reservations needed - and experience what it's like to work in an authentic HERSHEY'S factory with our Create Your Own Candy Bar attraction.
Martin's Potato Chips: Martin's is known for its famous Kettle Cook'd and Bar-B-Q Waffle chips. Martin's chips were first produced in the farm kitchen of Harry and Fairy Martin and have been a staple in the hearts and homes of York County ever since! On the production floor, you'll discover how more than one million bags are produced every month.
Perrydell Farm: This family-owned dairy farm has been producing and bottling its own milk for more than three decades! Visit the farm to take the free self-guided tour where you'll have the chance to see cows being milked, calves being fed or milk being bottled. Once you've finished the tour, treat yourself to a cone of the dairy's homemade ice cream and be sure to pick up a bottle of Perrydell Farm Chocolate Milk.
Revonah Pretzel: At this authentic bakery of hand-made pretzels, go behind the scenes on a 20-minute tour to experience Revonah's pretzel-making process that includes dough mixing, pretzel twisting (rolling), dipping and baking, and kiln drying. Then explore Revonah's outlet store for take-home treats - and make sure you try the "greenie" pretzels!
Snyder's of Hanover Factory Store: A guided, 30-minute walking tour starts and ends at the Factory Store where you will be treated to a free bag of pretzels at the completion of your experience. See the raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, state-of-the-art packing room, and the oven room where you can almost taste the pretzels.
Sweet Willows Creamery: Sweet Willows is home to York's best homemade ice cream. A graduate of Penn State Creamery's short course, owner Brent Lebouitz creates flavors to delight every taste bud. Watch as ice cream magic is made and get a dish of freshly made ice cream directly from the machine.
Utz Quality Foods: See and smell the making of famous Utz potato chips and snacks during the self-guided tour lasting 30-45 minutes at Utz's 600,000-square-foot facility. Enter a glass-enclosed observation gallery to watch as spuds are transformed into crunchy chips, and a wall display of Utz's history will enhance your understanding of the company and its products.
York City Pretzel Company: York City Pretzel Company opened its doors in 2014 and has quickly become a destination for visitors of York, PA. Call ahead for tours and demos, and learn the history of the pretzel along with rolling and twisting techniques from the on-site baker.
