YORK, PA - The York County Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Official Tourist Promotion Agency for York County, recently welcomed two new staff members to its team.
Heather Morgan will serve as marketing assistant. She will coordinate Mason-Dixon Wine Trail, Susquehanna Ale Trail and Made in America events; process Travel Guide requests and assist in other marketing efforts. Morgan graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in May 2015 with a degree in hospitality management. She previously worked at a variety of hospitality jobs.
Andrew Staub will serve as communications specialist and handle public relations, social media and more in an effort to promote tourism initiatives for the YCCVB and its members.
A York County native and 2009 graduate of Penn State University, Staub previously worked as a journalist covering state and local government for various newspapers and online media. He most recently worked as the state House reporter for the Pennsylvania Independent in Harrisburg. His work in journalism earned awards for local government and investigative reporting. He resides in New Freedom.
