YORK, PA - Hundreds of wrestlers from five states will converge upon the Utz Arena at the York Expo Center this weekend for the Tyrant Duals, as sports continue to drive the winter tourism industry.   

The York County Convention & Visitors Bureau anticipates up to 1,750 participants and spectators will visit York for the competition, driving an estimated $547,000 back into the local economy. Middle school and elementary school teams will come from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Weigh-ins will occur Friday evening, with competition slated for Saturday and Sunday. Doors open at 8 a.m. both days, with action set to start at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend, and admission is $15 per day.
