Bube's Brewery is a 19th-century brewery complex in its original condition with a modern brewery on-site. Visitors will learn about beer making 100 years ago and today. The tour includes the underground lagering cellars or catacombs. We will over a taste of our beer to visitors 21 years of age and over. Bube's Brewery is the only intact Pre-Prohibition brewery complex left in the United States.
