Restrictions/Notes:
Everyone must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Restroom is only available on the tour. Store is handicapped accessible, the tour is not. Cameras are not permitted in the facility at all.
We've been America's Pretzel Bakery since 1909. Your senses will be on overload while the guide offers you a glimpse of how tradition, technology and teamwork combine to make great tasting pretzels. A free sample to all tour participants.
Reservations are required for the guided tour, and can be made by calling 1-800-233-7125 ext.8592.
After taking your tour, be sure to stop by the on-site outlet, which is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday, and from 12pm-5pm on Sunday.
